Free Write is an opportunity for educators to engage in a creative space to connect\, generate ideas\, and share inspiration within a community of colleagues. Whether you already enjoy writing or have a rocky relationship with writing\, you are invited to join us for one\, some\, or all of the Free Write sessions! Once a month on Sunday afternoons we will get together to: \n\nExplore topics relevant to our lives and work as educators through a community writing process\nExamine various writing forms and examples to prompt our own thinking/writing and imagine how they might apply in the context of our own culturally and linguistically diverse classrooms and learning communities \nEngage in writing\, reading aloud\, discussion\, and storytelling together around a variety of different themes each month\nEmerge with insights\, ideas\, and activities from the community writing experience to feed our teacher spirit and refresh our practice     \n\nTarget Audience: K-12 educators
