Join me for an exploration of various types of bilingual text. Together we’ll examine how these texts can be used during instruction in bilingual and dual language classrooms.

• We will explore many different examples of Spanish/English bilingual books, and also some from other languages

• We will examine how bilingual books can support translanguaging use in the classroom

• We will consider ways to incorporate the use of bilingual text in your instructional practice as a means to strengthen language and literacy.
