IRC can provide you with ongoing assistance in professional development in several areas relating to the education of culturally and linguistically diverse students.

We offer professional development and technical assistance services, including on-site or virtual workshops/keynotes, coaching strands, consulting services, document review, and more. Our team is also able to customize services based on your school/district’s needs. We are able to work with groups of teachers, administrators, other staff, or parents during the academic year or in the summer.

You may request a free consultation or begin the booking process by completing the IRC Service Request form. Requests are reviewed regularly and you will be contacted by IRC staff within 10 business days. After discussing your request, an IRC Education Specialist will create a proposal with a recommended plan of action for you to review.

You are always welcome to fill out our contact form to schedule a phone call with a Specialist to discuss your situation. If you would like to schedule directly with a Specialist, or check for specific date availability, you may reach out via email listed on our staff page.

The Illinois Resource Center is an approved Regional Services and School Improvement Learning Partner. Visit this Learning Partner page to learn more about using these funds to partner with the IRC.

“J. Sterling Morton HS District 201 has enjoyed an on-going, supportive relationship with the IRC since 2014.  Our work began with technical assistance to improve our programming and has grown to a professional development series to develop a strong mission, vision and critical actions to create a system that positively supports our biliterate students and community.”
