Reading Assessment: Biliterate Reading Zones

The goals of this session are to orient to a Biliterate Reading Trajectory. 

Teachers will have an opportunity to examine the Biliterate Reading Zones, a Holistic Bilingual reading Assessment in Action and analyze how to use assessment outcomes to plan reading instruction for individual students. Escamilla et al (2014) Biliteracy from the Start: Literacy Squared will be among the primary tools leveraged in this series as well other research-based resources.
