Planning Mathematics Instruction for Bilingual Learners with Special Educational Needs
Participants in this session will be introduced to the Math for All Instructional Planning Cycle:
- Deepen teachers’ understanding of how to assess students’ strengths and needs
- Identify possible barriers to students’ engagement with mathematical learning experiences
- Implement a variety of teaching practices to build success for the whole classroom
TARGET AUDIENCE: teachers, interventionists and practitioners who support math instruction for bilingual learners in grades K-5
NOTE: This virtual workshop will include both a live webinar and a self-paced learning module. The live webinar will last approximately 90 minutes. During the webinar you will receive access to an asynchronous learning module to be completed within two weeks. After the IRC receives your completed module, 2 weeks later you will receive an email with a link to the evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will receive an email with a link to your Evidence of Completion form.
