How exposure to the arts and engaging in the arts benefit students, particularly Multilingual learners (MLs)

How the arts can be used as medium for accessing content, making meaning and building understanding, and demonstrating learning

How you can amplify/enhance the role of the arts in your classroom, even if you don’t think of yourself as an artist!
The workshop will include a 1.5 hour live online session via Zoom and a module for participants to engage in 3.5 hours of self-guided learning, exploration, and planning for application. Participants will have the two weeks following the live session to complete the module–completion of both components will earn participants a total of 5 ECPD credit hours
