The Illinois Resource Center is proud to announce that veteran team member Olivia Mulcahy will be delivering the keynote address at the Translanguaging Classroom Institute hosted by Dual Language education of New Mexico (DLeNM) and co-sponsored by Velazquez Press this summer.
