Voices of Leadership: District Administrators’ Experiences Leading English Learning Programs

This workshop shares findings from a study exploring the lived experiences of administrators leading English Learner (EL) programs. Participants will examine how administrators work to improve student achievement, develop and sustain program infrastructure, and identify the leadership skills essential for success. Key successes, challenges, and strategies will be highlighted to provide practical insights that help leaders strengthen programs and enhance programs for English learners.
